Terms of Purchase & Privacy Policy

By completing your purchase of any program, course, or digital product offered by Adams Performance Group, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set forth in this document. This agreement is binding upon completion of your first payment.

How this document is organized. Sections 1, 6, 7, 8 and 9 apply to every purchase. The remaining sections are program-specific and are titled accordingly — read the section that names the program you are buying. Where a program-specific section conflicts with a general section, the program-specific section governs for that program.

Adams Performance Group is a performance alignment coaching and speaking company operated by Kevin Adams, located in Fort Worth, Texas. This document constitutes the complete Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy governing your purchase of any program, course, coaching engagement, or digital product (each, “a Program”) offered by Adams Performance Group (“we,” “us,” “our”). Programs added after the effective date of this document are governed by these terms, together with any program-specific section published here for that Program. These terms govern the relationship between you (“you,” “the purchaser,” “the enrollee”) and Adams Performance Group from the moment of purchase.

This is a legally binding agreement. By completing your purchase — whether by paying in full or by submitting your first installment payment — you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all terms contained herein. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase.

The Life & Performance Mastery Program is a digital self-study program delivered via video modules, downloadable content, and a two-volume companion journal (“Your Life & Performance Blueprint”). The Program consists of the following:

A Launch Pad orientation module (approximately 30 minutes)
Six core video modules: The Identity Reset, The Belief Breakthrough, The Interpretation Edge, The Consistency Code, The Pressure Advantage, and The Aligned Life
Your Life & Performance Blueprint — a two-volume companion journal
All bonuses included at the time of enrollment as listed on the sales page
Complete tier only: Full membership in the Core Alignment System™ (CoreAlign™), as described in Section 3B, plus a private 30-minute review session with Kevin Adams. Membership granted through the Complete tier is governed by the terms of this Program. No separate CoreAlign™ refund right arises from this inclusion.

Staged Release Schedule

Immediate upon enrollment: Launch Pad, Module 1, and Journal Volume 1
Day 7: Modules 2 and 3
Day 14: Modules 4, 5, and 6 and Journal Volume 2

Delivery of content according to this schedule constitutes full delivery of the Program. You acknowledge that digital content cannot be returned once accessed and that access to any module or resource confirms delivery of that portion of the Program.

Price

The Program is offered in two tiers, Core and Complete. The current price of each tier is displayed on the Program sales page and again at checkout before payment is taken. The price shown at checkout at the time you complete your purchase is the price that governs your purchase, and your payment receipt is the record of it.

Prices may change at any time. A change in price does not affect a purchase already completed.

Payment Plan Options

Where a payment plan is offered, the number of installments, the amount of each installment, and the total payable are displayed at checkout before payment is taken. Payment plan totals may be higher than the single-payment price to reflect the installment arrangement. Installments are processed automatically on the schedule selected at checkout.

Payment Plan Binding Commitment

Selecting a payment plan constitutes a binding financial commitment to pay all installments in full, regardless of program usage, completion status, or satisfaction after the 30-day refund window has closed. By enrolling on a payment plan you agree to the following:

You authorize Adams Performance Group to charge all scheduled installments to the payment method provided at checkout.
Your obligation to pay all installments is not contingent on your completion of the Program.
Failed or disputed installment payments not resolved within 7 days of notice will result in suspension of Program access until the account is made current.
If a payment plan installment cannot be collected after two attempts, your account may be referred for collections and you remain liable for the full outstanding balance.
No mid-plan cancellation is available once the 30-day refund window has closed.

This section applies to purchases of the Core Alignment System™ (“CoreAlign™”). Where this section conflicts with any other section of this agreement, this section governs for CoreAlign™ purchases.

What You Are Purchasing

CoreAlign™ is a digital self-study system delivered entirely online through a member area on this website. Membership includes:

The CoreAlign™ Assessment — forty-eight questions measuring twelve capacities, free to take and available to retake at any time
A personalized path sequencing all twelve capacities based on your assessment results
Twelve capacity modules, each containing educational material and a habit building drill
Four tier orientation modules
Four Neuro Core Classes, which open progressively as you advance through the tiers rather than all at once
Progress tracking, retest comparison against your original baseline, and a quick reference index that opens on completion of the path

Price and Access

The price is displayed on the sales page and again at checkout, and is charged as a single payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase is the price that governs.
Access does not expire. You may return to the material, retake the assessment, and rework your path as often as you wish.
Access is granted to one individual and is not transferable. Sharing login credentials is grounds for termination of access without refund.
Content is delivered progressively by design. Certain material — specifically the Neuro Core Classes and the quick reference index — becomes available only after defined progress conditions are met. This staged delivery is a feature of the system and does not constitute incomplete delivery.

The CoreAlign™ Guarantee

CoreAlign™ carries a completion-based guarantee rather than an unconditional one. To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be met:

You have completed the first capacity module assigned by your personalized path, including the written work contained within it.
You submit your written responses to kevin@kevinadamsonline.com.
Your request is received within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Refund requests that do not include completed written work do not qualify. This condition exists because the system cannot be evaluated without being used, and because the material is delivered in full at the point of purchase.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days. Access to the member area is revoked upon refund.

Assessment Results and Your Results Code

The CoreAlign™ Assessment is provided free of charge and may be taken without any purchase.
Your results code is a representation of your own assessment scores. It is not a credential and does not grant access to member content.
Assessment results are stored against your member account. You are responsible for retaining your results code if you wish to reopen your results outside of the member area.

Included With Other Programs

Where CoreAlign™ is included as a component of another program, the terms governing that program apply to its inclusion, and no separate CoreAlign™ refund right arises from that bundled access.

Nature of the Program

CoreAlign™ is educational and is built on cognitive behavioral, neurolinguistic, and solution-focused methodology. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. The disclaimers in Section 9 apply in full.

Adams Performance Group stands behind the Life & Performance Mastery Program with a 30-day results guarantee. The guarantee is built on a straightforward conviction: when you complete the required work, the work produces documented, measurable results.

To Qualify for a Refund, All of the Following Must Be Met

You have completed the Launch Pad and Modules 1 through 3 in their entirety.
You have submitted completed journal sections from Volume 1 of Your Life & Performance Blueprint, including all pre-module prompts, self-ratings, fill-in-the-blank exercises, and Transformation Prompts for each module covered.
You have completed the before and after self-assessment for the modules covered in Volume 1.
Your completed after-assessment scores show no documented improvement over your baseline scores from enrollment.
You submit your refund request in writing to kevin@kevinadamsonline.com within 30 calendar days of your enrollment date, including your completed journal materials as documentation.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

Refund requests submitted after the 30-calendar-day window from enrollment date, regardless of reason.
Requests submitted without required documentation (completed journal sections and assessment scores).
Requests based on incomplete module viewing or incomplete journal work.
Requests citing personal circumstances, schedule conflicts, or inability to complete the program during the guarantee window.
Requests from enrollees who have accessed Module 4, 5, or 6 content (Day 14 release), as access to later-stage content indicates completion of and satisfaction with the foundation work.

The guarantee is designed to protect your investment in the work — not a passive experience of the program. The conditions exist because the program’s results are documented and measurable when the work is done. If you complete the required work and do not see documented progress, we will refund you in full. No argument, no runaround.

Once your 30-calendar-day refund window has closed, the following terms apply:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason after the 30-day window, including dissatisfaction, failure to complete the program, personal circumstances, or change of mind.
If you are on a payment plan, all remaining installments remain due and payable in full per the schedule agreed to at enrollment.
Your access to program content remains active as long as your payment account is in good standing.

Dispute Resolution Requirement

Before initiating any dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor, you are required to contact Adams Performance Group directly and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. To initiate a dispute resolution request, contact us at kevin@kevinadamsonline.com with your full name, enrollment date, and a description of your concern. We will respond within 3 business days.

Chargebacks and Unauthorized Reversals

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Filing a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting Adams Performance Group and allowing a reasonable resolution period constitutes a breach of this agreement.
In the event of an unauthorized chargeback filed after the 30-day refund window, Adams Performance Group reserves the right to pursue collection of the full outstanding amount, including fees, costs, and penalties associated with the chargeback process.
Adams Performance Group maintains records of program access, content delivery, login activity, and enrollment documentation, and this documentation will be submitted as evidence in any dispute proceeding.
Evidence retained includes: enrollment confirmation, payment record, IP address and device information at time of purchase, your agreement to these terms at checkout, content access logs, and all communications between you and Adams Performance Group.

This is not designed to be adversarial. These terms exist to protect against the rare situation where someone accesses the program in full and then attempts to dispute the charge. If you have a genuine concern at any point, contact us first. We will always work to resolve it fairly.

Program access is granted to the individual purchaser only. Your enrollment is non-transferable and may not be shared, gifted, resold, or assigned to another individual.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, copy, record, or share program content in any form, in whole or in part, without written permission from Adams Performance Group.
Adams Performance Group reserves the right to update or supplement program content at any time. Material updates that reduce the core value of the program will be communicated to active enrollees.
Program access will remain available for a minimum of 12 months from your enrollment date.
Adams Performance Group is not responsible for technical issues originating with your device, browser, internet connection, or third-party platforms used for content delivery.

Adams Performance Group is committed to protecting your personal information.

What We Collect

Contact information you provide voluntarily: name, email address, phone number (if provided)
Payment information: processed securely through Stripe. Adams Performance Group does not store your full card number, CVV, or banking details.
Program access data: login timestamps, module access records, device and IP information at time of purchase and login
Communications: emails, messages, or support requests you send to us
Website usage data: pages visited, time on site, referral source (via Google Analytics, if enabled)

How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill your enrollment and deliver program content
To send program-related communications, updates, and support
To send marketing emails if you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time)
To maintain accurate records for billing, dispute resolution, and legal compliance
To improve our programs and website based on usage patterns

Third-Party Services

Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
MailerLite — email marketing (mailerlite.com/privacy-policy)
Google Analytics — website analytics (policies.google.com/privacy)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you at any time.
You may request correction of inaccurate information.
You may request deletion of your information, subject to our legal and contractual obligations to retain certain records.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Adams Performance Group regarding your enrollment in the Life & Performance Mastery Program and supersedes any prior communications or representations.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Modifications

Adams Performance Group reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at kevinadamsonline.com. Material changes will be communicated to active enrollees by email.

All coaching services, lectures, digital materials, and workbooks offered by Adams Performance Group are designed for educational, motivational, and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease.

Not Professional Advice

Kevin Adams is a professional coach and speaker, not a licensed psychologist, medical therapist, legal professional, or certified financial advisor. The services and products offered by Adams Performance Group do not substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial counseling. If you require professional clinical care or legal counsel, please seek a licensed specialist.

No Guarantees

While Adams Performance Group strives to provide the highest quality strategies, frameworks, and coaching content, no guarantees are made regarding your specific personal, professional, or financial results. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and circumstances. You assume full responsibility for your actions, choices, and any outcomes resulting from the application of our materials.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Adams Performance Group or its owner be held legally or financially liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. The maximum aggregate liability for any dispute shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client to Adams Performance Group for the specific service or product in question.
